Located in the exclusive Crown Sydney, Oncore enjoys marvellous Harbour views from its position 26 floors up. For serious foodies and gastronomic adventurers, Oncore is a bucket-list dining destination. Why not make a visit to Oncore the centrepiece to your weekend break in Sydney?

Taste Clare’s world

Proud owner of three Michelin stars, Clare Smyth is comfortably the world’s top female chef. Like her flagship UK restaurant Core, Oncore is a dazzling showcase of her unrivalled flair for elegant, precision-cooking.

Aligning a selection of Core’s quintessentially British dishes with her own imaginative take on Sydney produce and flavours, Smyth’s menu is a marriage of Anglo-Aussie inspiration. Star of the show is her signature dish, ‘Potato and Roe’ a simple yet exquisite nod to her Northern Irish heritage.

At Oncore, you can choose from a 3-course a la carte menu, or if you’re feeling bold, the 7-course tasting menu. Other delights include her ‘Beef and Oyster,’ a medley of Blackmore wagyu beef and Sydney rock oysters. Then there’s the ‘Murray Cod’, which intermingles grilled mussels with leeks, fennel and Irish moss.

Savour masterful mixology and fine international wines

With a cellar housing over 3,000 bottles and a wine list topping 800, Oncore’s bar is a place for serious sippers. Boasting a greatest hits of Old and New World wines from both hemispheres, you can sample leading Burgundy’s as well as the best of what Australia is producing.

After your meal, sit in Oncore’s luxurious milieu as you enjoy a bespoke crafted cocktail and gaze out over the ships bobbing by on Sydney Harbour.
