The Bubbles, Burrata & Bocconcini Making Class
Soft, creamy, and delicious, burrata is a mozzarella-style pouch cheese that hails from Puglia. Making it involves plenty of squishing and folding and Omnom turn the art into a super fun experience.
In their 90-minute Bubbles, Burrata & Bocconcini Making Class you will try your hand at stretching and gathering your burrata and smaller bocconcini pearls into gooey balls of perfection. What’s more, you will walk away with all you need to know about recreating it in your own kitchen.
From choosing the right milk to the all-important acidification and coagulation, you’ll leave a fully-fledged burrata buff – with 1kg of your cheese to take home as well.
