Recently revamped, Lake Talbot Water Park boasts four swimming pools and three brand new slides, all framed by neatly kept terraced lawns and shady trees. Little ones will love splashing in the shallow fountains and riding the junior slides at the toddler pool, while teens can get their zoom on at the dual high-speed racers.

Each pool varies in depth to cater for all ages, so the family can wade, paddle or swim until their heart’s content. You’re entirely welcome to pack a picnic and bring it with you, or alternatively, Lake Talbot Water Park has a nicely stocked kiosk onsite. There’s even BBQ facilities too.

You bet. Lake Talbot is entirely manmade for recreational activities. At Lake Talbot Tourist Park you can hire canoes to paddle out on the waters. Boating, water skiing and fishing is also permitted on Lake Talbot. Picnic benches surround its banks, perfect for pausing at for lunch
