While Tesla Wall Connectors are the most optimal charging option for Tesla owners, Tesla models can be charged with almost all other EV chargers on the market. Tesla vehicles come with a J1772 adapter that enables them to connect to standard EV chargers, making it easy to charge wherever you are.
How long does it take to charge a Tesla at home?
The time it takes to charge a Tesla at home depends on the Tesla model, the capacity of the charger and the type of charging equipment used. A three-phase, 11 kW Tesla Wall Connector will add up to 75 km of range per hour, while a single-phase 7.4 kW Tesla Wall Connector will add up to 50 km of range per hour.
