There has never been a better time to consider installing electric vehicle (EV) chargers in your business. As a small business owner, you could be eligible for the NSW EV Destination Charging Grant – a government grant that covers up to 75% of the cost to install up to four EV chargers.

Grant recipient - Hamilton’s Queanbeyan Motel
ActewAGL approached Hamilton’s Queanbeyan Motel (HQM) to bring awareness to the NSW Government EV Destination Charging grant. The team at HQM successfully obtained a grant for two Ocular dual tower chargers along with billing software, and ActewAGL was able to facilitate installation.
“Since we’ve done the upgrades, including the EV chargers, our business has built up a customer base who love the property,” shared HQM owner, Jag. “The motel has shifted from a 2.5 star property with average occupancy of 55%, to 4.5 stars and 85% occupancy. We’ve had over 400 Google reviews with a very high average rating.”
